INSTALLATIONS:
The building will have plumbing, drainage, telephone, electrical and lightning protection installations. Heating and cooling are provided by a split-system air conditioner with an inverter.
The subject building will be connected to the public water supply network. There will be a connection to the city sewage system. Rainwater is diverted via gutters and downspouts to the ground around the house.
LANDSCAPING:
