FINISHING WORKS:

Interior doors made of wood will be installed in the rooms. Exterior carpentry (doors, windows, sliding walls) is planned with high-quality PVC profiles, resistant to wind gusts. Glazing is IZO glass with one low-emission glass (Low-E coatings). Protection of windows and doors from weather elements will be provided by shutters.
INSTALLATIONS:
The building will have plumbing, drainage, telephone, electrical and lightning protection installations. Heating and cooling are provided by a split-system air conditioner with an inverter.
The subject building will be connected to the public water supply network. There will be a connection to the city sewage system. Rainwater is diverted via gutters and downspouts to the ground around the house.
LANDSCAPING:
