FINISHING WORKS:
All external walls of heated spaces will be externally thermally insulated with an "ETICS" system using expanded polystyrene (10 cm), with a decorative plaster finish in light tones.
Internal walls of the building's heated areas will be plastered and painted; plasterboard walls will be smoothed and painted. All floor surfaces in heated areas will be finished with ceramic tiles or parquet, depending on the purpose of the room. Ceramic tiles will be installed on all terraces and staircases. Bathroom walls will be covered with ceramic tiles to full height, and in the kitchen up to a height of 160 cm. All floors will be constructed as "floating floors" with an emphasis on sound insulation of the spaces.

Wooden interior doors will be installed in the rooms. Exterior joinery (doors, windows, sliding walls) is planned with high-quality PVC profiles, resistant to wind gusts. Glazing is via IZO glass with one low-emission glass (Low-E coating). Window and door protection from weather conditions will be provided by roller shutters.
INSTALLATIONS:
The building will have water supply, sewage, telephone, electrical, and lightning protection installations. Heating and cooling are provided by a split-system air conditioning unit with an inverter.
The subject building will be connected to the public water supply network. There will be a connection to the city sewage system. Rainwater is directed via gutters and downspouts to the ground around the house.
LANDSCAPING:
The plot surroundings will be landscaped by planting indigenous Mediterranean plants. The plot boundaries will be defined by smaller concrete walls or as needed.
