The building construction is masonry, made of block bricks with vertical and horizontal beams. Foundations and foundation walls are made of reinforced concrete. Partition walls are made of brick or plasterboard, 10 cm thick. The inter-floor ceiling construction is a reinforced concrete slab 18 cm thick. The roof is a flat non-walkable roof. Vertical communication is provided by an internal two-flight staircase.
FINISHING:
All external walls of heated areas will be thermally insulated from the outside with an "ETICS" system with expanded polystyrene (10 cm), with a decorative plaster finish in light tones.
Interior walls of the building's heated areas will be plastered and painted, and plasterboard walls will be smoothed and painted. All floor surfaces in heated areas will be finished with ceramic tiles or parquet, depending on the purpose of the room. Ceramic tiles will be installed on all terraces and staircases. Bathroom walls will be covered with ceramic tiles up to the full height, and in the kitchen, a belt 160 cm high will be tiled. Wooden interior doors will be installed in the rooms. Exterior joinery (doors, windows, sliding walls) is planned with high-quality PVC profiles resistant to wind gusts. Glazing is IZO glass with one low-emission glass (Low-E coating). Protection of windows and doors from weather conditions will be provided by shutters.
INSTALLATIONS:
The building will have plumbing, sewage, telephone, electrical, and lightning protection installations. Heating and cooling are provided by a split-system air conditioner with an inverter.
The building will be connected to the public water supply network. There will be a connection to the city sewer system. Rainwater is directed via gutters and downspouts to the terrain around the house.
