INSTALLATIONS:
The building will have water, sewage, telephone, electrical, and lightning protection installations. Heating and cooling are provided by a split-system air conditioning unit with an inverter.
The building will be connected to the public water supply network. There will be a connection to the city sewage system. Rainwater is directed via gutters and downspouts to the ground around the house.
PLOT LANDSCAPING:
The surroundings of the plot will be enhanced by planting indigenous Mediterranean plants. The plot boundaries will be defined by smaller concrete walls, as needed.
