The lowest price means nothing if there are no seekers. That's why we put demand numbers right here next to the price list instead of hiding them.
Everything you ask before subscribing
Instead of twelve monthly payments, you pay ten at once. The plan is valid for a full 12 months and we never charge the difference later. Example: the Rast plan costs 29.99 € monthly, annually 299.90 € instead of 359.88 € — a saving of 59.98 €.
Yes. All prices in the price list are final, VAT included. There are no extra charges on the invoice for publishing, featuring or the number of agents.
We never take your listings down without notice. We'll let you know when you approach the limit and suggest an upgrade — you only pay the difference for the remaining months. If your listing count drops, you can move back to a smaller plan.
You can. Open an account, import your portfolio and see what your agency page looks like. You activate the subscription only when you decide to publish your listings.
No. The number of agents, user accounts and offices is unlimited in every plan. You pay solely by the number of active listings.
For portfolios above 2000 listings we prepare custom pricing and help import the entire portfolio. Get in touch and we'll have an offer ready within one business day.
In the dashboard, with one click, no sales call needed. A monthly subscription ends at the end of the current month, an annual one at the end of the paid period.
