How quickly can I expect a reply?
During working days (Mon–Fri, 08:00–20:00) the average response time is up to 24 hours. Inquiries that arrive in the evening or at the weekend are processed first thing the next working morning, in the order they were received. For urgent technical issues, WhatsApp is fastest.
Can I drop by the office without an appointment?
Certainly, but for security reasons please let us know by phone or email at least an hour in advance. Our office in Rijeka receives visitors by prior arrangement.
Do you charge for help with posting a listing?
No. Basic support around posting, editing and verifying a listing is completely free for all users, regardless of the chosen plan. Only advanced services such as professional photography or copywriting are charged for.
How can I report a suspicious listing?
Every listing has a "Report listing" button that leads to a short form. A moderator reviews the report within 24 hours. For serious cases (fraud, fake owner), write to us directly at [email protected].
Do you work with real-estate agencies?
Yes. We run a dedicated programme for agencies with listing packages, API access and a bulk-management tool. For details, choose the "Press / Partnerships" topic in the form above or write to Filip directly.
How is personal data deleted from the platform?
You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. Send the request from the account whose data you wish to remove to [email protected]. Deletion is carried out within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting records).
