The reference and irrefutable knowledge of the profession that revitalized an enviable number of Dubrovnik antiquities in centuries-old Dubrovnik created and managed to preserve an almost ideal image of these fascinating architectural elements of the past; a new sweep over the Brsečina bay of the mentioned summer house and the four objects associated, beautifully decorated big backyard, a garden in the driveway and the whole magnificent environment with the mentioned olive grove and vineyard and many other valuables.
The location of the complex is essential for its future in terms of preserving the authentic ambiance of five buildings and a vast environment, and the proximity of Dubrovnik, the ACI marina in Slano, the connection and closeness to Pelješac and the islands - Mljet, Korčula and Lastovo, and other famous tourist destinations.
