Land Soline, Dobrinj, 60.522m2
Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, Dobrinj, Soline
About this property
On the island of Krk, in the serene bay of Soline, we offer a unique investment opportunity – a 60,000 m² plot located in the T1 zone, designated for hotel development. Positioned first row to the sea, this land enjoys direct access to the crystal-clear Adriatic, making it ideal for an exclusive hospitality project.
Soline Bay and the nearby villages of Čižići and Klimno are known for their peaceful ambiance, natural beauty, and healing mud, traditionally used to treat rheumatic and skin conditions. This natural feature makes the area attractive year-round, not just during the summer season.
Gently sloping and sea-facing, the terrain offers panoramic views and optimal sunlight exposure. It is easily accessible, and its proximity to Rijeka Airport (approx. 15 minutes’ drive) enhances its value for both investors and future guests.
According to the current spatial plan, the plot lies within the T1 construction zone, allowing for hotel development with optimal land utilization. The area retains its authentic charm while showing strong tourism growth – evidenced by the rising number of overnight stays and the clear lack of high-quality seafront accommodation.
This investment provides the opportunity to develop a wellness-focused resort, beachfront dining or a boutique hotel oriented toward health and regeneration, perfectly suited to the increasing demand for luxury and sustainable tourism.
